Workshop Intention:
Breath is central to our practise, and our lives, by working to let the breath lead our movement we can draw greater alignment into our practise. With gentle breath awareness practises and a slow flow to invite the movement to follow the breath we will explore how this process can lead to a more expansive and connected practice. We will work to build our sense of the breath before allowing it to lead us through a flowing sequence of movements. Finishing with gentle pranayama practices.
*For both new and ongoing practitioners.
