Online yoga classes offer an accessible and flexible way to practise from your own chosen space. Within your home you can create a sanctuary for practise, by putting aside some space and time to connect with yourself and a welcoming online community. There are a variety of class styles on offer, including one-on-one sessions, workshops and retreats.
Classes run on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm.
