This intimate winter retreat (17-19 June 2022) is held in the heart of Daylesford, this retreat is designed to replenish the mind and the body.
With daily yoga practises, designed for all bodies and abilities and a special Yin and Pins workshop, incorporating acupuncture for a deep restful release.
The space holds a sauna, wood fire and you can book in a massage with our magical TCM and massage practitioner Courtney.
Stroll the Daylesford countryside and take things as slow as you like.
All dietary requirements are catered for, with nourishing food, snacks, handmade teas and of course, good coffee.
All you need to bring is yourself.

The retreat includes:
- 3 yoga classes, including a special Yin and Pins session, facilitated by our wonderful TCM practitioner Courtney, where acupuncture concludes the session and 3 meditation/yoga nidra sessions.
- all meals, handmade by our incredible Italian chef, including 2 dinners, 2 breakfast/brunches, with snacks, coffee and tea available at all times.

To hold your spot, send us an email and you will be asked to make a 25% non-refundable deposit. Full payments will be due 60 days before the retreat begins. If you prefer to pay in full upon booking, you are also welcome to do so. If you want to discuss other payment terms let us know.

Of course! When you fill out the booking form, please be sure to tick the box for shared room, and we will give you an option of staying with a friend.

Glorious. The rooms contain a king size bed, or have the option to be split into two king singles. All are uniquely designed, many with ensuite’s and baths to soak it all away.

In the unlikely event that Melbourne enters a lockdown or other restrictions apply, the event will be rescheduled for a future date. If you are no longer able to attend the retreat, and let us know 30 days or more from the retreat we will refund your payment, minus the 25% deposit. If you let us know less than 30 days from the retreat, we will refund 50% of your payment, to ensure our costs are covered. Unfortunately cancellations within 7 days of the retreat start date will not be refunded as we are unable to cover your place at this late stage. If you want to discuss keeping your deposit for a future retreat in special circumstances, you can email us.

Courtney - TCM + Massage
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science in Chinese Medicine, as well as a post-graduate Diploma in Remedial Massage. Courtney is registered with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia.
Courtney is committed to empowering women and girls to harness the power of their menstrual cycles. Courtney’s treatments may include acupuncture, facial acupuncture, cupping, remedial massage, guasha, moxibustion (heat therapy), electro-acupuncture and Chinese herbal prescription. They will always include a good deal of thoughtful compassion.
Courtney is full of vital energy and positivity. She is clear and focused both with her treatment plans and her interactions with others. A treatment with Courtney will leave you feeling cared for and just a little bit brighter.

Isabel - Omnitude Yoga
Isabel is a practitioner and teacher of yoga, with over a decade of experience in different styles of yoga practise. She has trained as both a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, and a Yin Yoga Teacher, bringing these together to create practises that suit all bodies and abilities. Understanding that each body is unique, and that every body requires different practises and teaching allows Isabel to provide insightful and gentle direction to ensure safety and comfort.
After completing her postgraduate studies in Psychology, Isabel was able to see the ability to support and enhance mental health on the mat. Bringing together psychology, somatic and nervous system regulation practises Isabel provides compassionate and grounding classes.
She teaches online, and with The Yoga Impact Charity, sharing a range of classes including Slow Flow, Restorative, Trauma Informed, and targeted anatomy workshops to delve into aspects of asana.

James - Italians Down Under
James Califano is an Italian Cook, Bartender, Photographer and Videographer. Born in beautiful Napoli, James is always proud to share his Italian heritage and the culinary knowledge he learnt as a child from his Nonna to working in established institutions.
After completing his Masters Degree in Law in Italy, James decided to completely change the course of his life and move down under in pursuit of a new adventure. Having worked with the likes of David Jones Food Hall and Dan Murphy's, he continued pursuing his passion for food and beverage through creating the platform @italiansdownunder. This project shines the spotlight on to local produce and markets in Melbourne, integrating the fabric of Italian lifestyle whilst also promoting products Made in Italy.
James approaches food with joy and warmth, sharing food that brings people together.

Do I have to attend everything on the itinerary?
Not at all. While the activities and itinerary are planned as a complete experience, it is up to you what you attend and what feels right for you. There’s no issue with making the weekend work for your needs.

Do I need to have a current yoga practise?
While it helps to have an existing practise, this retreat is designed for anyone and everyone. For those who haven’t got a consistent practise this is a chance to dive back in, or play with your asana, and get to know a little more about how to make mindful movement work for your body. In answer, no you don’t need a current practise. All are welcome.
