Workshop Intention:
Autumnal yin yoga invites us to think about drawing inward, looking after ourselves and preparing for the hibernation, rest and nourishment of winter. In Chinese Medicine Autumn is associated with metal and metal is the energy of the lung (yin) and large intestine (yang) meridians. The Lung meridian is associated with 'grief and loss', of attachment, organisation, and setting limits and protecting boundaries. This session will include a 75 minute mindful yin practise followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation for rest.
Location: Green Monday Studios, The Yoga Room, 73 Grattan St, Carlton.
Investment: $50 / ongoing students $40
Time: 4:15-5:45 (90mins)
