Trauma informed yoga offers gentle & accessible ways to connect with your breath and body, using a mixture of simple tools such as breath awareness and asana (yoga postures). Designed to be safe, and accessible for both beginners, or those with a current practise. Options, and modifications are offered for diverse experience and ability levels.

Want to delve deeper into your personal practise? Looking for someone to ask questions about the art of yoga teaching? Book in some one on one time dedicated to your unique needs. These session can occur onsite in Naarm (Melbourne), or online.
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured yoga practise linking breath, bandha (energy locks), and drishti (gaze point) with movement. It is made up of 6 series’, Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced A, B, C & D. I offer beginners guidance in implementing a personalised sādhanā (a methodical and disciplined self practise) which honours their body and needs.
